Abstract


Kesejahteraan psikologis siswa saat ini menjadi perhatian serius dalam dunia pendidikan. Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa berbeda-beda sehingga peneliti berasusmsi ada variabel lain yang turut berkonstribusi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu religiusitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi religiusitas dalam pengaruh dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan 200 siswa diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling di SMP IT Daarul Istiqlal Marindal-I. Data dianalisis menggunakan structural equestion modelling (SEM) berbantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa dengan koefisien sebesar 34,230 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,005; (2) terdapat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa dengan koefisien sebesar 45,651 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,005; (3) terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap religiusitas siswa dengan koefisien sebesar 10,188 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,005; (4) Adanya peran mediasi religiusitas dalam pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa dengan koefisien sebesar 10,656 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,005. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada faktor-faktor penentu kesejahteraan psikologis siswa dan intervensinya.
