KONTRIBUSI PENGAWASAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstract

Pengawasan kepala sekolah kepada guru di sekolah merupakan salah satu acuan bagi guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Kinali Pasaman Barat sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang guru yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 27,9%
