Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya kerja, inovasi kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap efektifitas kerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh/nilai pengaruh tiga variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel terikat. SMAN Di Pulau Pagai Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Sampel sebanyak 78 orang responden guru. Sampel sebanyak 78 orang responden guru. Budaya sekolah, inovasi kerja dan keterlibatan kerja memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja guru. Adanya budaya yang sehat, peningkatan inovasi dalam pembelajaran serta adanya tingkat pengetahuan serta keterampilan seseorang dalam suatu pekerjaan yang dapat dilihat dari masa kerja dan dari tingkat pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang dimilikinya.
