Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan inovatif lihat dari segi 1) lingkungan fisiknya, 2) hubungan (relationship), 3) pertumbuhan/ perkembangan pribadi, dan 4) perubahan dan perbaikan sistem. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan data apa adanya tentang Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah pada aspek penciptaan Iklim Sekolah yang Kondusif dan Inovatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan inovatif.
