URGENSI KESADARAN KARIR PADA MASA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Perencanaan karir penting disampaikan kepada anak sedini mungkin sebagai keterampilan hidup yang dimulai sejak memasuki sekolah dasar. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesadaran karir dan eksplorasi karir membentuk dasar salam perencanaan karir hidup anak yang efektif. Metode penulisan menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Teori faktor idiosinkratik mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan setiap orang; dan Teori perkembangan anak (Erikson, Piaget dan Vygotsky) dan teori pengembangan karir (misalnya, Super dan Gottfredson) saling terkait. Serta implikasi pada praktek pendidikan.
