Abstract


Penelitian ini mengkaji rencana pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kompetensi, dan produktivitas tenaga pendidik di lembaga pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data Miles dan Huberman, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa program pelatihan berbasis teknologi dan penguatan soft skills terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tantangan utama terletak pada kurangnya dukungan fasilitas dan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidik memerlukan strategi yang terintegrasi, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi, agar berdampak signifikan pada mutu pendidikan. Implikasi praktisnya adalah penerapan temuan ini pada sekolah penggerak lain untuk mendukung kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kompetensi pendidik dan keberhasilan peserta didik.
