Urgensi kesadaran karier sejak dini (sekolah dasar)

Abstract

Keberhasilan individu pada tahap tugas pengembangan karir dasar menentukan keberhasilan dalam tahap perkembangan selanjutnya Tujuan dari  artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesadaran karir di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi literatur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dan diterbitkan dalam jurnal online nasional dan internasional. Dimulai dengan kerangka teori, diberikan alasan  intervensi dini oleh konselor sekolah dasar. Kajian yang menjelaskan praktik konseling di sekolah dasar yang masih minim.

  1. Sejak pengembangan karir melibatkan proses seumur hidup yang dimulai selama masa kanak-kanak , ada kebutuhan yang jelas untuk memantapkan kesadaran pada tahap ini. Untuk konselor sekolah dasar untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan pola kesadaran karir.. Beberapa teori menyarankan pentingnya kesadaran karier yang dimulai sedini mungkin.
