Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan dan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen kunci, tren dan kesenjangan penelitian. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia berkelanjutan yang telah digunakan dalam studi organisasi, dengan penilaian melalui tinjauan literatur yang sistematis, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang canggih dan elemen kuncinya, tren dan kesenjangan penelitian. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Tinjauan literatur sistematis dilakukan dengan menggunakan database jurnal-jurnal bereputasi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 115 artikel yang diklasifikasikan pada empat kategori, yang mencakup 74% dari unit dasar korpus yang dianalisis. Dari artikel yang ditelaah umumnya berfokus pada konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia dan mensurvei hubungan antara manajemen sumber daya manusia dan dimensi keberlanjutan lingkungan telah diidentifikasi. Selain itu, praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia harus fokus pada kebutuhan karyawan dan keluarganya dan tidak hanya pemenuhan peraturan hukum semata. Praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia juga harus fokus pada inisiatif tanggung jawab sosial, mengamati kepentingan peranan internal dan eksternal untuk efisiensi jangka pendek dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.
