Abstract

Pada era pandemi COVID-19 perlu meningkatkan kepemimpinan tradisional ke kepemimpinan digital, kepemimpinan ini sangat menekankan pada kemampuan pemimpin dalam mengembangkan, mengelola, membimbing, dan menerapkan pengetahuan para guru dan staf Madrasah untuk pembelajaran yang berkualitas di masa pandemi COVID-19. Ada lima aspek kepemimpinan digital yaitu: (1) Keunggulan dalam Praktik Professional; (2) Kepemimpinan Visioner; (3) Budaya Pembelajaran Era Digital; (4) Kewarganegaraan Digital; dan (5) Peningkatan Sistemik. Kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan kepala Madrasah memasukan lima aspek ke dalam kepemimpinannya.
