Abstract


Reseliensi akademik merupakan aspek penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa dalam upaya untuk menghadapi tekanan dari situasi yang dialaminya sehingga diperlukannya suatu pendekatan untuk dapat mengembangkan kondisi reseliensi akademik pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan reseliensi akademik melalui hubungan positif dalam pendekatan person centered. Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review melalui pengkajian dari berbagai artikel pada jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang relevan terkait dengan reseliensi dalam pendekatan person centered. Hasil pengkajian literature adalah proses mengembangkan resiliensi akademik melalui konsep pendekatan person centered adalah dengan membangun kepercayaan kepada siswa utuk bergerak menuju prestasi secara mandiri, terus melawan rintangan mengembangkan resiliensi akademik. Dalam hal ini penting bagi guru BK atau konselor dalam membangun hubungan positif pada perspektif person centered dalam rangka mengembangkan reseliensi akademik siswa.
