Abstract


Madrasah ramah anak dalam membina karakter siswa sangat terkait dengan manajemen atau pengelolaan madrasah. Pengelolaan yang dimaksud adalah bagaimana membina karakter siswa. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana standar keberhasilan, cara mengukur, sosialisasi, koordianasi dan pelaksanaan dalam implementasi madrasah ramah anak dalam membina karakter siswa. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan pada penelitian studi kasus pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Palangkaraya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa implementasi madrasah ramah anak dalam membina karakter siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Palangkaraya sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik mengikuti ketetapan-ketetapan yang berlaku. Sehingga nilai karakteristik keagamaan, nasionalisme, budaya, kemandirian, gotong royong dan sikap integritas para siswa dapat berkambang dan membudaya dalam bentuk pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku. Hasil ini didasarkan pada perencanaan pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru termasuk nilai karakter dan komitmen bersama yang dilaksanakan para guru, orang tua, Kementerian Agama Kabaputen dan Provinsi serta Dinas Pendidikan untuk dapat terlaksananya madrasah ramah anak khususnya di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Palangkaraya.
