Abstract
With the growing number of social enterprise organizations in Indonesia in response to various social problems, a systematic study of social enterprises in Indonesia has become increasingly important. Moreover, the condition of social enterprises in Indonesia is still facing problems both in terms of human resources, institutions and other problems. Therefore, the research is useful to find out the various dynamics of social entrepreneurship in Indonesia through the results of researchers' thoughts. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method which analyzes 94 research articles from various databases, such as Scopus and Google Scholar, using Publish or Perish 8 and Covidence software. The findings of this study provide in-depth insight into the main characteristics of a social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Indonesia based on the most issues that have been discussed in research over the past decade, consisting of (1) organization and policy, (2) business model, (3) social and economic impact, (4) education and innovation, (5) religiosity, and (6) gender. Thus, the results of this study illustrate the potential and challenges inherent in the dynamics of social entrepreneurship in Indonesia based on articles conducted by researchers both from within and outside Indonesia. This research provides a foundation for understanding these issues and calls for a deeper understanding and stronger support for social enterprises in Indonesia
