Link and match ke skill-tech-wellness: kerangka konseptual pendidikan vokasi olahraga di era society 5.0

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 mentransformasi industri olahraga menjadi ekosistem dinamis yang berpusat pada manusia, teknologi, dan kesejahteraan holistik. Namun, pendidikan vokasi olahraga menghadapi tantangan kesenjangan kompetensi karena kurikulumnya yang konvensional dan tidak selaras dengan tuntutan industri baru. Konsep "Link and Match" tradisional dinilai sudah tidak memadai karena bersifat linear dan mengabaikan penguasaan teknologi serta pendekatan wellness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian konseptual dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap literatur primer dan sekunder terkait Society 5.0, pendidikan vokasi, teknologi olahraga, dan ilmu wellness. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis konsep untuk mensintesis temuan dan merumuskan kerangka teoritis baru. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kerangka konseptual integratif "Skill-Tech-Wellness". Kerangka ini terdiri dari tiga pilar: skill, Kompetensi humanistik dan teknis yang meliputi coaching, manajemen, kewirausahaan, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah; tech, Melek dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti wearable device, analitik data, dan kebugaran digital;  wellness, Pendekatan kesehatan holistik yang mencakup aspek fisik, mental, dan sosial. Sinergi dinamis antar ketiga pilar ini menjadi kunci penciptaan lulusan yang unggul. Implementasinya menuntut transformasi kurikulum radikal menjadi berbasis proyek, peningkatan kapasitas dosen, dan pembangunan kemitraan strategis dengan pemain di industri olahraga modern. Kerangka ini merepresentasikan pergeseran paradigma menuju pendidikan vokasi yang futuristik, integratif, dan selaras dengan jiwa Society 5.0.
